ForgeOps Terms of Service

ForgeOps is operated by Mingfeng Yang, Hong Kong. By installing or using ForgeOps, the merchant agrees to these Terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

ForgeOps is currently offered as a free Beta. It reads merchant-selected Shopify product information, generates creative assets, supports human review, and downloads approved assets as files. It does not publish to advertising platforms or manage advertising campaigns or budgets.

Beta features, limits, availability, and supported formats may change. Current Beta use is limited to 150 generated assets per store per monthly cycle unless ForgeOps states otherwise.

• Use ForgeOps only for lawful business purposes.
• Have all rights needed to use the submitted product information, images, trademarks, reviews, instructions, and other materials.
• Review generated assets for accuracy, legality, brand compliance, and suitability before downloading or using them.
• Not attempt to bypass usage limits, disrupt the service, access another merchant's data, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service.

Merchants retain their rights in materials they submit. The merchant grants ForgeOps a limited permission to process those materials solely to provide, secure, and support the service. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, merchants may use generated and exported assets for their business. ForgeOps retains all rights in its software, interface, branding, and underlying technology.

Our processing of information is described in the ForgeOps Privacy Policy. Merchants are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any permissions required for information they submit.

We aim to keep the Beta available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Generation depends on computing capacity and third-party infrastructure. We may suspend access to protect merchants, investigate abuse, perform maintenance, or comply with law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeOps is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable and always require human review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeOps and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost profits, lost advertising spend, or loss of data arising from use of the free Beta. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A merchant may stop using ForgeOps by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end access for material breach, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Beta. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or other applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the Beta changes. The current effective date will be shown at this URL. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.
